Discovering swamp wildflowers with Tim and Anne Royappa in late July 2017

Sometimes, our hikers join us for very specific reasons, such as Tim and Anne Royappa, who were excited to see flowers they’d never found before and identify them by book and online. We had a great time exploring Stump Swamp and Norwood Farm, and our guide, Peter Brace, learned a few new wildflowers that favor the wetter areas of Nantucket!
